Sia holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Dar es Salaam
She is also a graduate Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) having completed all the examinations administered by the National Board of Accountants & Auditors Tanzania (NBAA).
